Katie & Jim, I'm sending this note to let both of you know how happy SRP is with the work that Cappy Jack has performed during the NT upgrade process. Without his efforts, I'm sure N£S would still be in a state of disarray! In fact, we are so impressed with his work at NGS, that we would like to request that he, alone, be assigned to finish our outstanding punchlist items for the rest of our sites. We have alarms issues at Agua Fria and cals issues at all our Opsis sites that have been there for several months, and I'm confident that with Cappy's persistence, these issues could be resolved MUCH MUCH faster than would happen otherwise.

Also, Cappy demonstrated a NEW security scheme utilizing System Policies that I feel is outstanding! This was the EXACT solution SRP was looking for from the beginning regarding NT Security. We feel he should be commended for his efforts and that this approach become part of the 'standard' Enertec offering. Finally, I think there is one more area you should address with the NT software and that is to 'bundle' the various applications under one 'shell' program. In other words, rather than just having a bunch of standalone executables with shortcuts, create a 'wrapper' application that would have an icon to launch the various programs. Just a couple of the benefits of such a program would include: this program could be launched automatically upon logon for the Technicians/Operators so they would always go directly into the 'Enertec Program'.; the whole offering would look much more professional and 'polished'; and finally, the Security Administration function could be incorporated to customize the view for each user based on their access rights. In other words, if the Operator only had access to Real Time and Alarms, that's the only two icons he/she would see.

Anyway, just a few comments to help make the product more appealing to the user community. So, please let us know as soon as possible if you can provide Cappy's services to help eliminate our current outstanding issues.

Thanks for your help.
